LogoRRR is developed by an independent software developer. This policy explains what data LogoRRR handles — and what it deliberately does not do.
Data Collection
LogoRRR does not collect telemetry, analytics, crash reports, or usage metrics.
The application runs on your local device. Your log files are read in-place and are never uploaded, copied, or shared with anyone. Licensing checks may contact Apple StoreKit or LogoRRR’s direct-license service as described below.
What Stays on Your Device
Your log-analysis work inside LogoRRR stays on your device:
- Log files — opened directly from your file system. Never transmitted.
- Search terms and filters — stored locally in your application preferences.
- Application state — window positions, open files, and settings are persisted locally so you can pick up where you left off.
- Favourites — your saved search term groups are stored in local application storage only.
Network Access
LogoRRR uses network access only for licensing and user-initiated links.
To validate licensing status, LogoRRR may contact Apple StoreKit in Mac App Store builds, or LogoRRR’s Stripe-backed direct-license fulfillment service in Windows and Linux builds. These checks can happen at startup, when you purchase or restore full-file access, or when the app refreshes license status.
Direct-license results may be cached locally so LogoRRR can recognize a previously validated license. If you restore a direct license, the email address and restore code you enter are sent to the licensing service for that restore request. Your log files, search terms, filters, and local application state are not uploaded for licensing.
Links in the user interface (e.g. links to the LogoRRR website or release notes) open in your system browser when you explicitly click them.
Third-Party Services
LogoRRR does not embed analytics, advertising frameworks, telemetry SDKs, or crash-reporting services.
Licensing and payments may involve Apple StoreKit, Stripe Checkout, and LogoRRR’s direct-license fulfillment service. Distribution through platform stores (Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, Snap Store) is also subject to those platforms’ own privacy policies.
Transparency
This policy summarizes LogoRRR’s privacy behavior during normal operation. If you have questions about a specific version, contact us before using it in a sensitive environment.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. You are advised to review this page periodically.
