The LogoRRR website has been redesigned from the ground up. The focus was on a clean, welcoming look, a proper blog with release notes and engineering write-ups, and — most visibly — full support for 10 languages right out of the box.
A Fresh Design
The new design is built on Hugo, a fast static site generator, and uses Material Design 3 color tokens for a consistent, modern feel. Every color — from the primary blue to the subtle card backgrounds — is defined as a design token, making the whole site visually coherent across pages.
The homepage hero presents the three download options — macOS, Windows, and Linux — as clean cards, each with a platform icon, a direct download button, and a version badge. No clutter, no distractions.
The Blog
The blog collects release notes, engineering insights, and project updates in one place. Posts are organised into categories:
- Releases — every new version of LogoRRR
- Engineering — how things are built under the hood
- Distribution — store listings and packaging
- Community — milestones and user stories
- Demo — screencasts and feature walkthroughs
- Meta — website and project news (you are here)
Each category has its own overview page with the same card grid, a category navigation bar at the top, and a post count.
10 Languages
The site is now available in 10 languages:
| Language | |
|---|---|
| 🇬🇧 | English |
| 🇩🇪 | Deutsch |
| 🇫🇷 | Français |
| 🇪🇸 | Español |
| 🇧🇷 | Português (BR) |
| 🇨🇳 | 中文 |
| 🇯🇵 | 日本語 |
| 🇸🇦 | العربية |
| 🇹🇷 | Türkçe |
| 🇮🇳 | हिन्दी |
The language switcher sits in the top-right corner of every page. It shows a flag and the language name, and remembers your choice for future visits. On a first visit, the site automatically selects the language that matches your browser’s preference — so most visitors land in their own language without any extra step.
All 19 blog posts are translated into every supported language.
